Property 1
Rental of the entire house has not been possible to date. We've engaged a vendor (Terri) to assist; her contract is set to start April 1.

Car Flipping
Picking up speed with fast research. Auctions are on Tuesdays — the first will be attended right after this meeting. Cars are in better shape than expected, but cannot be test-driven.

Finances

State of the Union
While we've started to taste success in revenue, the entire Noor project and its profitability remain quite far in the future. Noor has a very large startup debt (with sufficient time/patience to pay it off) and has not paid off any of its current assets yet. The biggest liability so far is employee salaries. Noor must really hustle to cover salaries to ensure continuity. This should not be taken as an alarming factor — but it is the reality and a challenge for us as a team.
